Returns and Warranty

Parts are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of order for any manufacturing errors. Excluded from the warranty are: loss, theft, and any improper use such as improper maintenance or mishandling. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges and refunds

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange or receive a refund, please contact us using the contact form or by email at info@veronicamonninceramique.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers

Gift certificates cannot be returned.
